  The only reason my fiancé and I chose this place was because of the location.
  
  Pros- Location and floor plan.
  Diana at the front office has always provided good customer service.
  Ken the maintenance guy is awesome and goes above and beyond.
  The floor plan is nice compared to other apartments.
  Quiet so far. We luckily haven’t had any obnoxious loud neighbors. Surprisingly we don’t hear freeway noise.
  
  Cons- The gym sucks all the equipment is outdated and feels like it’s falling apart when you use it. I haven’t used it after the one time.
  Our neighbors park like a holes so we can never use our designated parking space after continually complaining to the front office about it.
  They increase your rent for renewal so there is no benefit to re signing. Rent is already much more than the place is worth.
  The cabinet doors are all peeling and some have water damage. The baseboards in the bathrooms are literally just crumbling apart and look disgusting. The racks in the dishwasher are so rusted it’s breaking off pieces. (It was like this when moving in) we do not have a newly renovated apartment, but they should still make the classics nice since that is your expectations when viewing the apartments.
  
  My review may change to one star once we move out because after reading other reviews it seems like they try to screw you on bogus charges. Yay, something to look forward to.
