  John H. was so polite and personable. We got that family man feeling from him. We didn't feel pressured. John took the time to explain everything that was happening with our system and recommended what had to be done now vs what we could wait on. He took ample pictures to help describe what was going on. He even confirmed that, yes in fact, Sadie the dog gave him the seal of approval, which was easy to see why. The service was quick, but productive. We will definitely be asking for John to come back this winter.

  The technician was courteous and professional and explained everything he was going to do. He then completed the work and answered all my questions. Best of all, he did not try to get me to spend additional money for something I did not need. He merely gave me some options for future consideration. Would recommend Goettl without reservation

  Patrick has been to my house twice this month. His first trip was to do a Goettl "rejuvenation" of my AC system. As the ambient air temp was in the upper 60s that day there was one test he couldn't perform. He recommended I schedule another appointment for him to return when the AZ temps were warmer. During both visits I found Patrick to be highly knowledgeable, sincere, and friendly. He patiently answered all my questions regarding the current condition of my home's 14-year-old AC system and options for what to fix, what can wait, and how to make the decision as to when to retire my current system. I can't speak highly enough of Patrick and the work he does.
